Scott is based in Ohio and before joining Argo he spend six years as Team Leader at Toyota's West Virginia transmission plant, working in both the assembly and the machining areas. Prior to Toyota, Scott spend two years as Supervisor for General Motors. Previous to his work in manufacturing, he worked for two years with troubled kids, at Cincinnati's Department of Human Services, and in the construction industry for five years. With Argo, Scott has worked on projects in the automotive, specialty chemicals, and flooring industries in both manufacturing and new product development. Scott has a Bachelor in Business Administration, a Masters in Criminal Justice, and an MBA.
