Herman is based in Maastricht, The Netherlands and has a very unique background, having spend ten years at Hill-Rom (one of the largest worldwide manufacturers of Hospital furniture) as a Lean Manufacturing expert and 25 years as Nurse, Head nurse, Staff nurse and Materials/Logistics Manager for the University Hospital at Maastricht. Herman has a degree in Nursing and Nursing Management and a post graduate degree in Change Management from the University Maastricht/Groningen. He is fluent in English, Dutch, French and German.
