Jim is from San Mateo, California. Before joining Argo, Jim worked for 10 years at Boeing, learning Lean Manufacturing techniques directly from former Toyota executives. Jim held various roles during his Boeing career: Manufacturing Manager for 747 Final Assembly, Industrial Engineer in Budgets & Forecasts and Manufacturing Engineer for design and development of the 777. With Argo, Jim has worked on projects in 13 countries for clients such as GM, Delphi, Bendix, TRW, Case-New Holland, Parker Hannifin, Tridonic, Sovereign and ABB. Jim has a bachelor's degree and an MBA.
