Rick is a native of Seattle, Washington, and came to Argo after a 20-year career with The Boeing Company. He worked for 17 years in Operations Management and learned Lean Manufacturing at Boeing under the guidance of former Toyota executives. With Argo, he has led Lean Transformations for clients such as Tridonic Atco, Bendix, Thorn, Dana, APL Logistics, ABB, Sovereign, Henry, ThyssenKrupp and Wahl Clipper. Rick has a BS in Management and has served clients in interim operations management positions.
