Bill is originally from New York City and has over twenty years experience in lean systems, quality management, engineering, maintenance, and operation management. Bill received his Lean training in Japan, from former Toyota executives. Bill has worked in the automotive, pharmaceutical, medical, heavy manufacturing, electronics, consumer products, chemicals, telecommunication, textile, food, composite, and airline industries. Prior to joining Argo, Bill worked as a Director of Manufacturing Engineering for Smithkline Glaxo and in various management positions with Baxter, Dana, and Nestle. Bill’s consulting experience includes projects with companies such as: Merck, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, Medtronic, Bacardi, Smith Technologies, Solvay, Mohawk, GM, Visteon, Ford, Henry, Bayer Healthcare, St Gobain, and Pregis. Bill has worked for extended periods in Mexico, Canada, United Kimdom, Japan, Domican Republic, Panama and Puerto Rico. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has a Bachelors’ degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA.
