Jorge is originally from Panama City, Panama. Jorge has 13 years of experience in lean systems, quality management, operational analysis and strategy in the automotive, heavy manufacturing, consumer products, telecommunications and banking industries. Prior to Argo, Jorge worked as a manufacturing engineer and corporate lean director at Freudenberg-NOK, manufacturing specialist at Mckinsey & Company, and as VP corporate development at Cable & Wireless Telecommunications. Jorge’s consulting experience includes projects with companies such as: Johnson Controls, Delphi, Emerson Electric, Thompson Electronics, HSBC, Tridonic, Ford and Teksid Aluminum.
Jorge has worked for extended periods in Spain, UK, Italy, Brasil & Australia. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Jorge has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Management and a bachelors’ degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
