Magda is also a founder of Argo and currently heads our recruiting efforts worldwide. Before moving into her current position, Magda spent nine years as Consultant and Project Manager, leading several successful Lean Transformations for companies such as Parker Hannifin, Dana, Johnson Controls, John Deere, Freudenberg, Ford, Raybestos, Zumtobel, and Arvin-Meritor. She has worked in Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Africa, Spain, United Kingdom and the US. She has a Degree in Economics from Suffolk University in Boston and is fluent in English, German, Finnish, Polish and Flemish, with a working knowledge of Spanish and French.
