Implementation is our focus. Writing reports and giving general advice are secondary. Therefore, as soon as the direction for improvement is agreed upon, we start implementing. We work jointly with our clients' people, across organizational layers and in cross-functional teams. This is a sure road to sustainable improvement: the people who use the new system helped to create it; they have taken ownership. Also key is to deploy the knowledge and experience of our clients' people in conjunction with our Lean Transformation skills. Because of this coordinated approach as well as the proven effectiveness of our methodology and tools, we are able to implement changes much faster than our competitors. In feedback we constantly hear that clients are surprised at how much they achieved in so short a span of time.
