Jeff retired as Managing Director Consequence Leadership for Canadian Pacific Railway in 2016. He developed and delivered the leader training, coaching, and assessment program to help drive and sustain CP’s renowned transformation to a world-class performance leadership culture. Precision in standard, codified leader behavior to drive and sustain gains was the key focus in CP’s Continuous Improvement program, which Jeff also created from the ground-up and led corporate-wide. Over the past decade, Jeff has spoken at dozens of international conferences and private corporate events on leadership and continuous improvement.
