Paul is an innovative leader with more than 37 years of successful and diverse experience in the downstream energy industry including operational, commercial, and strategic functions. Previously, Eisman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alon USA & Alon USA Partners, and Executive Vice President of Refining and Marketing Operations with Frontier Oil Corporation. His career also includes a number of technical, commercial and leadership positions with Ultramar Diamond Shamrock and KBC Advanced Technologies, a leading consulting firm to the international refining industry.
Education
Eisman is a graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Program and he earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Texas Tech University.
