Abraham Massuttier is a partner at EFESO Management Consultants, leading the LATAM team, establishing with visionary executives. He is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 23 years of experience transforming corporations and industries. Abe has founded and led several companies that have delivered billions of dollars in financial value through innovative business models, operational excellence, and industry disruption. His entrepreneurial journey has been driven by a passion for creating businesses that challenge established industry practices and behaviors, helping companies maximize their capabilities and build sustainable, competitive futures.
Abe aims to disrupt industries by introducing groundbreaking products and business models that address the challenges companies face due to entrenched cycles and traditional industry behaviors. Over his career, Abe has gained extensive cross-industry experience and developed trusted global relationships with influential leaders who are currently shaping the decisions of international corporations.
Abe’s expertise spans business transformation, operational excellence, capital management, digital enablement, and strategic planning. He has a proven track record in performance improvement, supply chain optimization, and organizational change across industries such as Oil & Gas, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Cement, Mining, Pharmaceuticals and Technology. His leadership has led to the successful execution of transformation initiatives that have realized billions in financial value.
Abraham holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey and an MBA in Global Energy from the University of Warwick. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and basic in Portuguese.
