Andreas Dörken is the global leader of the Private Equity Industry at the EFESO Group and also heads up the development of the EV Battery Industry. With over 25 years of experience in industrial firms and consulting, he has a proven track record of success.
Andreas started his career in the petrochemical industry with British Petroleum and PdVSA, where he re-engineered production processes for medium and heavy oil. He then applied lean manufacturing best practices across various industries, including food processing, chemicals, automotive suppliers, agricultural equipment, metalworking, and industrial hardware.
He has extensive experience in product cost management and innovation, leading several long-term projects focused on value engineering and Lean Product Development. His work spans sectors like valves, pumps, agriculture, automotive, electronic goods, and chemicals, impacting markets in Europe, the US, and Asia.
Andreas also served as the CEO of a lighting equipment manufacturer before returning to consulting. His expertise has been crucial in managing both local and global footprint strategy developments and deployments.
