Education and Languages
Konto received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from University of Alabama in USA. He was a graduate scholar in Systems Engineering at Nagoya Institute of Technology in Japan. Konto was the first U.S. researcher to have translated the revised companywide TPM methodology and presented at a technical conference. Konto speaks English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), and Japanese.
