Sharlene Evans / Partner, People Leader

Sharlene has spent over 25 years in consulting, primarily in operations consulting. Sharlene is an experienced people leader in addition to having extensive consulting experience across multiple industries where she has leveraged her expertise in organizational strategy and design, leadership development, change management, and process and operations improvement. Sharlene has helped clients to achieve significant value through addressing people and organization levers as part of broad organizational transformation initiatives. 

Sharlene’s roles have included Principal at Accenture, Chief People Officer and People and Organization Capability Leader at Myrtle Consulting Group, Vice-President, People and Organization at SSA & Company, and Vice-President of Organization Effectiveness at both Hitachi Consulting and Celerant Consulting. Sharlene began her career in consulting at EY. She also held positions in industry at Eli Lilly and Company and Dell.  

Sharlene has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
