Timothy Johnson / Partner, Manufacturing Excellence
Tim Johnson is a Partner at EFESO Management Consultants, where he leads the Operations function, driving value for clients through transformational project implementations. With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, Tim is recognized for his ability to simplify complex operational challenges and deliver impactful, results-driven solutions. He combines managerial acumen with technical expertise, enabling him to guide organizations through operational transformation and continuous improvement.
Tim’s areas of expertise include enterprise-wide operational excellence strategies, management operating systems, continuous improvement (including WCOM, TPM, and Lean), and digital solutions. He has successfully led global rollouts of transformational methodologies such as TPM and WCOM, demonstrating his capability to drive operational excellence on a large scale. His experience also spans key transformation initiatives such as Industry 4.0 adoption, cultural change, vertical start-ups, and the redesign and improvement of business processes.
Before joining EFESO Management Consultants, Tim held several leadership roles across various industries, successfully leading multi-site, global initiatives focused on waste reduction, material movement, and operational system optimization.
Tim holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, an MBA from Goizueta Business School, Emory University, and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
