Chuck Deise / Senior Partner, Growth Industries
Charles (Chuck) Deise is a Senior Partner at EFESO Management Consultants, with a proven track record leading large consulting and services organizations focused on operational transformation in the process industries. He is widely recognized as an expert in the field, having authored several publications in Chemical Week and other industry journals, and served as a keynote speaker at Operational Excellence Conferences. He is the author of the “Best Run Operations Playbook,” a leading resource on world-class operations.
Chuck’s areas of expertise include operational transformation, operational excellence, merger integration, capital deployment, enterprise asset management, supply chain management, maintenance & reliability, and digitization strategies within a broad range of industries including chemical, energy, and natural resources.
Before joining EFESO, Chuck held several leadership roles where he led and managed large businesses, and supply chain, operations, and technology consulting organizations. Chuck has worked for and with many leading global Chemical, Energy and Resource companies to accelerate growth and improve earnings.
Earlier in his career he led one of the largest integrated supply chain solutions in the industry, led organizations that delivered mission-critical plant automation and operations management systems and managed the largest business services and outsourcing deal in the industry.
His expertise in Operational Excellence, strategy, supply chain management, and technology positions him as both a practitioner and though leader in the industry. Chuck holds an important role in advising global clients on transforming business operations to drive productivity improvements and enhance EBITDA.
Chuck holds an MBA in Finance and Operations Management from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Technology from the University of Maryland.
