Todd’s career began in the telecommunications industry as a software engineer, later advancing into leadership roles in product management. He transitioned to consulting, where he played a pivotal role in supporting clients through digital, manufacturing, and operational transformations. Todd has worked across various industries, specializing in Industry 4.0, Business Process Re-engineering, Capability and People Development, Digital Strategy, Operational Improvement, and Post-Merger Integration.
Todd’s ability to leverage technology and strategy to achieve measurable business results has made him a trusted advisor to clients globally.
