Andreas Doerken / CEO
Andreas Doerken is the Chief Executive Officer for EFESO Americas. He leads the global organization with a focus on driving sustainable transformation, operational excellence, and value creation for clients across industries. He is dedicated to advancing the firm’s strategic growth and fostering a culture of innovation that connects consulting excellence with hands-on implementation. His leadership emphasizes measurable performance improvement and long-term impact for clients navigating complex transformation journeys. In addition, Andreas serves as Managing Partner for the Private Equity Business Group, where he guides global footprint strategy, cost optimization, and transformation initiatives, and plays a leading role in expanding the firm’s work in the electric vehicle battery industry.
Andreas brings more than twenty-five years of international experience in industrial transformation and consulting. He began his career in the petrochemical sector with BP and PdVSA, re-engineering production processes in medium and heavy oil operations. Throughout his career, he has partnered with clients across the food and beverage, chemical, automotive, agricultural equipment, metalworking, and industrial hardware industries to improve efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness. Andreas also led a lighting equipment manufacturing company as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing operational performance and product innovation.
Andreas Doerken holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School in Leading Product Innovation and Leading Professional Services Firms. He is fluent in German, English, French, and Spanish.
