Ariadne Garotti / VP & Managing Director South America
Ariadne Garotti is the Vice President and Managing Director of EFESO Consulting South America. She leads the regional organization with a focus on operational transformation, industrial excellence, and sustainable business performance across multiple sectors. She is dedicated to helping organizations achieve measurable results by combining strategic direction with hands-on implementation, ensuring lasting impact and value creation. In addition, Ariadne drives EFESO’s work in end-to-end value chain optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and World Class Operations Management (WCOM), guiding clients through large-scale transformation programs that build long-term competitiveness.
With more than thirty years at EFESO, Ariadne has extensive experience leading complex transformation programs across the food and beverage, consumer goods, cosmetics, packaging, pulp and paper, mining and metals, energy and fuels, and pharmaceutical sectors. She began her career as a manufacturing analyst at Pirelli Pneus before moving into consulting, where she supported numerous operational excellence initiatives throughout Latin America and Europe. Her expertise also includes people development and leadership programs, having designed and implemented corporate university models that integrate career planning, performance evaluation, and feedback systems to strengthen organizational capability.
Ariadne holds a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (PUC-Campinas) and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). She is certified by the Shingo Institute, where she also serves as a facilitator, reflecting her ongoing commitment to developing people and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
