Edwin Bosso / Managing Partner Americas and CEO USA

Edwin Bosso, CEO Americas at EFESO Management Consultants, brings over 25 years of proven expertise in operations improvement and change management, consistently delivering tangible results for Fortune 500 companies and global industry leaders. His career spans key leadership roles, including more than a decade at Celerant Consulting and founding Myrtle Consulting Group, where he served as CEO. Following Myrtle’s acquisition by Accenture in 2020, Edwin became the Go-to-Market Leader for the company’s Industry X business.

Edwin has deep industry expertise across the Food & Beverage, Petrochemicals, and Consumer Goods sectors. He specializes in designing complex manufacturing transformation programs for clients with a focus on tangible results.

His formal education began in the Netherlands, where he completed his undergraduate work at The Hague Polytechnic, before earning his MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Edwin is the author of a popular book on business transformation “6,000 Dreams: The Leader’s Guide to a Successful Business Transformation Journey,” published by Forbes Books.
