Herold Humphrey is a Senior Vice President at EFESO, bringing more than three decades of experience in transit operations and leadership. Positioned at the intersection of transportation strategy, clean mobility, and workforce transformation, he helps agencies and companies optimize performance, reduce costs, and accelerate their transition toward zero-emission and future-ready mobility systems.

At EFESO, Herold leads initiatives that uncover operational inefficiencies, strengthen leadership capability, and build data-driven roadmaps for sustained improvement. His work spans bus, rail, and paratransit operations, supporting clients across North America through fleet electrification planning, CDL workforce strategies, and large-scale operational turnarounds that deliver measurable impact.
