James Mourafetis / Partner, Transportation

James is the Transportation Lead for EFESO Management Consultants. 

He is considered a thought leader in Operational Excellence and Enterprise Asset Management in the Class 1 Rail Industry, major NA national passenger rail lines, and transit heavy/ light rail operators.  He is an author and public speaker at major conferences.  

Over the past three decades, James has led many large North American and global operational improvement initiatives. 

In Transportation, these include championing improvement initiatives of an organization’s heavy asset performance (on-time performance, availability, reliability, utilization, and unit cost) of a client’s infrastructure, rolling stock and workforce productivity. 

Clients with whom James has worked with have commented on his ability to build positive relationships and simplify solutions to complex problems.  James is highly results oriented and can quickly motivate a client’s stakeholders.
