Dr. Matthias Bauer is a Partner at EFESO Management Consultants, specializing in operations improvement, supply chain transformation, and organizational development across the Americas. With over 20 years of experience, he helps companies optimize efficiency, enhance profitability, and drive sustainable growth in manufacturing and supply chain management.

Throughout his career, Matthias has led major business transformations, improving supplier integration, reducing lead times, and increasing margins. His expertise in aligning strategy, processes, and organizational structures makes him a trusted advisor to executives facing complex operational challenges.

He holds a Dr.-Ing in Process Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Since joining EFESO in 2021, he has continued to lead teams in delivering high-impact consulting services that enhance efficiency and resilience in rapidly evolving industries.
