Shannon Gabriel / Partner, Private Equity
Shannon Gabriel is a Partner at EFESO, where she leads human capital transformation efforts within the Private Equity sector. With over 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in leveraging Lean methodologies to drive cultural change, develop talent strategies, and implement leadership development programs that accelerate organizational performance and enhance top-line growth.
Shannon began her career in talent management, specializing in manufacturing and private equity environments. She later joined TBM Consulting Group, where she advised clients on complex workforce transformation challenges. Her work included designing and building corporate and regional leadership teams to lead post-acquisition integrations and large-scale operational transformations.
She has led numerous sustainability assessments, advised on leadership restructuring, implemented new labor strategies, and developed streamlined hiring and training programs to support workforce scalability. Her hands-on experience spans industries including consumer goods, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing.
Shannon holds a B.A. in Political Science and is known for her strategic yet pragmatic approach to organizational design, culture building, and people capability development.
