Stefano Simonelli / Partner, Human Dynamics
Stefano Simonelli is a Partnerwith over 25 years of industry leadership experience. He leads the North America Human Dynamics practice. A results-focused partner for global companies, he specializes in shaping and accelerating progression journeys. Stefano built his career foundation at Procter & Gamble and has since led organizations through significant transformations across global markets. His expertise includes performance turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and supply network redesign. As an Operational Excellence (IWS) Consultant and former Plant General Manager, he has consistently leveraged his talent in People and Culture to achieve breakthrough, lasting accomplishments.
Stefano’s areas of expertise span multiple industries, including Retail and Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Life Sciences (MedTech, Cosmetics), and Manufacturing (Detergents, Aerospace Materials, Specialty Chemicals). He holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Trieste in Italy. Additionally, he is certified as a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, NLP Executive Coach, and SHRM-SCP. Having worked in 10 countries, Stefano is fluent in English and Italian, with a working knowledge of Spanish and Russian.
